Refund policy

For livestock, we do not accept returns. Returning Tropical that have just been shipped to you is simply unethical for the animal(s). Therefore, once you have ordered and paid for live tropical fish, there is no return. All orders of live tropical fish are subject to a no-return policy. In the unlikely event your livestock has arrived DOA, please refer to the DOA section below for further info.
